What do you think guys, personally I have met a few girls internet dating but many are quite superficial. I've got more out of it than I've lost I'd say.

I wouldn't rely on Internet dating solely though. Just use it as another avenue for meeting people.

Anyways. The city I'm from offers nothing more than booty calls on PlentyOfFish. A lot of girls have **** too. Nothing I am looking for long term.

me too but I often give girls my email/messenger address.
It works for me,not always but sometimes and its a start. but I am in a country where the women are pleasant and easy to start a conversation with. Here I meet about 5-20 women a day, in the states maybe 1 per month.

Its a subtle and non agressive way to begin.
If a girl contacts you through messenger or email she's probably intrested, then you go from there.

No, Internet dating isn't even dating. It's more like a sexy letter friendship. The biggest part is missing. Walking beside her, seeing her on the other side of the table, trying to place that perfume, the wave of her hair, the sparkle in her eyes, you are missing out on all of this.

And internet dating means long-distance relationship. That is bad to start on.
