Two problems:

1) That URL is from your hard drive. Try again.
2) That extension shows that it's a WEBP image. Freeones doesn't recognize WEBP.

Here's what you need to do.
a) Upload the file to an image host that accepts WEBP (I only know of 2, Premium Link Upgrade and Premium Link Upgrade ) and then post the link here.
   -or-
b) Convert the image to JPEG, then upload it to an image host and post the link here.
