It is disturbing on so many levels.

Once a radio host told on radio that he saw a person by a fountain and urinating in it at 4 in the morning. The most strange thing about that the person was a woman.

On a serious note, I do find public urination a very disgusting act and I think that it should be punishable by law in its own merit. Some jurisdictions put this act under public indecency or exposing oneself in public which is a bit strange as not everyone who is wetting the walls in public can be seen exposed at the same time.

Up until late last year there were no public urinals in Portland. Finally after much persuasion the city fathers decided to give the poor homeless people a break. Amazing how no-one in America seems to need to pee, which is remarkable considering all the coffee they *****. I was homeless for 6 months so I know what a bummer it can be. Bummer. Get it? Bummer. He he hee ah er hm ahm. :shy:
