Implants and lactating

Can women with breast implants lactate and breastfeed? I mean like their nipples are all screwed up and stuff like that. Just kinda curious.............

Wether or not they can breast feed depends on what kind of insersion they had done. If their implants were inserted through a slit in the bottom of their breasts or through a slit in thier armpits, then they can breast feed. But as for the ladies that that have the implants insterted though a slit in the areola, only about half of them can breast feed.

No,they can't until the implant is taken out and the breast heals andjust like what tarantula said depends on how they had it done.
