Not a fan of fake breasts but they're a fact in porn/adult modeling/glamour modeling and are becoming more and more common. Some women who don't need them, get them thinking it will give them a boost in confidence and popularity. As for scars, not a turn on at all. In fact, it shows the lack of quality by the doctor who performed the surgery more than anything. Jigsaw nipples and obvious scars along with nipples too high on the breast all point to a botched boob job to me. Nothing worse than seeing "frankentitties."
However, to each their own. Plenty of video and pictures to go around for everyone. To me, in all honesty, it takes more than 2 silicone implants to make an actual porn "star" versus just being in porn. Personality goes a long way, and that shows through in everything.

Give me (even) a flat chested girl who is an attractive, well rounded, intelligent human being, rather than a silly-coned, vapid, superficial girl whose self-worth is based on her cup size. Some boob jobs turn out OK (though other than post cancer surgery, I haven't personally seen any that were so much better than what she had to begin with). But why take the risk that you could wind up with something that no sighted man could stand to look at on a full stomach? ^^^ :dunno:
Not to put a light on them, but three of the absolute sexiest girls on this board are Ari Dee, Harley Spencer and Jinxy Pie. All three are intelligent, witty and more than just a little bit sexy & pretty. They're also quite confident in who they are and what they look like. And not one of them is a D/DD cup. I think they're all A/B cups. I don't know. It doesn't matter.
