This may seem like a stupid question, but do all implants leave scars? Or is it just because some of them get half-rate doctors to do the job? There are girls that I know have had implants, but you could never tell it, or at least I never noticed.

I don't have time to read the whole thread unfortunately (will do later) but Trina Michaels has pretty obvious scars around her nipples, it doesn't detract from how beautiful she is but I always find it a shame when some girls resort to implants. I used to quite like a brunette (her name escapes me at this moment) I've not seen her for years until recently and she's gone blonde, has had implants and now looks completely different and in my opinion no longer attractive to me.

I think the scars look nasty. That is the one reason I hate fake boobs. I would much rather have a girl with natural small breasts as opposed to big fake ones.

As to the discussion, implant scars really don't do much for me. But, in a way I can really see how that could be extremely hot to some.
