Maybe in my next life I'll come back as a counselor for girls who are convinced (by society, men or other women) that in order to be more attractive or sexy, they have to have big tits. The worst scars (IMO) are the ones around the nipples. Those are uber grotesque to me - akin to burn scars. Next worse are the ones that run vertically down the areola to the bottom of the tits. Less seen, and (somewhat) less of a turn-off are the ones that run horizontally under the tits. A girl at the party last night said they have a way to go in through the belly button now. I have no idea how that would work. I mean, if a girl is going for a D cup or bigger, how would they fit those things through her belly button? :dunno:
If a woman has had cancer and then breast reconstruction, that's one thing. But to chop yourself up for vanity's sake? Screw that. Be strong, ladies. I got your back. :thumbsup:

Exactly. The only downside is that saline doesn't feel as real as silicone.

they feel harder to touch...most doctors favor silicone because of the way it feels.
