Sucks to be you dude. I went to the military first to pay for my college. Had my share of shit jobs but its life. Welcome to the real world. A lot of my straight college bound friends made fun of me but in the end I ended up making more $$ than most of them.

Dude when I was in college getting laid was not an issue so I am not sure what college you went to. Shit I was banging a female professor at one point. She was a hottie.
On a slightly more positive note; you have something no one cant take from you. Your education and your diploma right? So thats more than a lot of people can say.
College and education helps but its not the end game. I landed jobs making the same if not more than friends with more education through networking and skills I had.
Humility is a hard lesson but no one enters an organization at the top. Lots of people worked their way up.
Now on the women dude just hit on a shit load of em. Eventually one will give in. If we all quit when life sucked nothing would ever get done.

IMHO studying International Relations is a shoe in for a career. Maybe you are just a bit stuck right now for direction. Have you actually spoken to anyone in the Sheriff's Department, the local embassies, etc? Researched avenues at the local College? Maybe scribble down a list of possible places to approach.
If you speak Spanish it would be a plus I think. If you don't, you can start now. Study Thai if you have to. I really don't see how you could battle to find a career. The airport?
