Well, in your age I was also virgin, it is nothing dramatic, but fuckin is good so try to do something with it. If you think you don't look good than there are some things you can do that will help you looking better, but you are doing mostly for yourself, because for girls everything you need is self confidence. No matter how you gain it, but if you look better, you feel better about yourself and that is great for chicks. For me it was these easy steps that worked perfectly:
1. sunbathing - every guy looks much better tanned, even the ugly ones
2. working out - it is not as hard as you might think and helps a lot with self confidence
3. contact - be in contact with as many girls as you can, use internet, chats, dating sites all this BE ACTIVE!!
4. ******* - if you are not too much ***** it always helps.. two ***** people of opposite sex alone.. almost every time it ends in bed
5. (optional) pay a hooker for the first time, it really doesn't matter who do you fuck for first time as long as she is girl

you assume that women dont enjoy sex or are incapable of casual encounters. Women arent any differeñt than men when it comes to sexual desires.
You dont have to con or fool women to enjoy sex together and you dont have to be in some long enduring relationship to "finally get it"
I dont make any assumptions about the promiscuity of women, I'm well aware there are those amongst the general populace whose attitudes to sex are as flippant as your own.
I have no respect for any man or woman who treats sex with such disregard and casualness that one ***** and a smirk gets your full access to their happy fun zone.
