I threw some **** out of the hotel last night. They were blaring music, wrestling in the halls and being dicks. Our long term guests were getting tired of it and threatening to leave and I had already warned the **** a couple times by now, so I tossed them out.
7:30am rolls around and the **** came back with their parents demanding their money back and saying I was dropping n bombs on them and only kicked them out because they were black. :1orglaugh They even used my appearance (shaved head) to try and help their cause. They were screaming at me in the lobby calling me racist in front of everybody. It was pretty embarrassing.
In the end, we didn't refund them **** and they are threatening to sue us. The ****** and his sons said they are going to find out my hours and "kick my teeth in" when I get off work one day. I'm shaking in my boots. :rofl: The *** grabbed our hospitality award trophy and smashed it on the ground. I thought that was funny.
I forgot to mention that they booked through HotWire. So they were only paying half the price of the room anyway. WTF is wrong with people? How pathetic can you be?
