I threw some kids out of the hotel last night. They were blaring music, wrestling in the halls and being dicks. Our long term guests were getting tired of it and threatening to leave and I had already warned the kids a couple times by now, so I tossed them out.

7:30am rolls around and the kids came back with their parents demanding their money back and saying I was dropping n bombs on them and only kicked them out because they were black. :1orglaugh They even used my appearance (shaved head) to try and help their cause. They were screaming at me in the lobby calling me racist in front of everybody. It was pretty embarrassing.

In the end, we didn't refund them shit and they are threatening to sue us. The father and his sons said they are going to find out my hours and "kick my teeth in" when I get off work one day. I'm shaking in my boots. :rofl: The mom grabbed our hospitality award trophy and smashed it on the ground. I thought that was funny.

I forgot to mention that they booked through HotWire. So they were only paying half the price of the room anyway. WTF is wrong with people? How pathetic can you be?

I wonder how many of the guests, who had no idea what's going, heard them calling me a racist and will keep that in the back of their mind every time they see me now.

But I suppose you gave these people fair warning before tossing them? I don't know what policies you have in place there but I would imagine a fair warning would have given these people a chance to get their money's worth.

No we don't have any cameras. Not yet anyway. But we do have their credit card on file, and they will be paying for repairs. I don't care about the threats.

You should have CCTV everywhere allowed to cover these things, maybe make a recording of the noise they were making so you could shown the parents or any lawyers if need be. Unless you used any racist terminology and clearly explained why they were being ejected (especially what rules they had broke) then you should be fine.
