"I'm a newbie, spank me!" Help?

[KatieKat]

How do I change the phrase next to my username that says, "I'm a newbie, spank me!"
Also, what is it called?
Thanks

Welcome aboard!

The user title changes automatically, depending on your post count. At the beginning, it'll change every five posts.

If you have a MyFreeOnes account, you can invest a few points to buy a custom title of your choice that won't change. Read more about that Premium Link Upgrade

If you are very unlucky, you'll end up with a silly title like "******" or "moderator".

Oh, ok thanks

I've been trying for "******" for a year now. How do I get that one?
