In related news, a twice-deported illegal alien who spent over 2 years in federal prison was arrested for driving under the influence then released by California authorities despite an immigration hold placed by ICE. Per California law, that hold was ignored and he was released only to go on a drive-by shooting spree in which one person was killed and six others injured.
