I'll **** this guy with my bare hands

A question to anyone:

If Dugard were your ***** could you accept those ******** as your offspring?

They are your '*****' ,but they are also the ***** of this creep Garrido.

A friend told me I would be wrong not to have a 'serious' bond/relationship with those ****.:dunno: I couldn't do it at least not on a very deep/serious level.

I disagree - those **** didn't have any choice in selecting their ***.

In my opinion, they are as much victims as their captive ******....:2 cents:

By the way, this guy lives in the same town I live in. In fact, according to VZW Navigator, his house is less than 5 miles away. How cool is that, when your shitty little town is launched into the international media spotlight by a high-profile case?

I read about this motherfucker yesterday. Death is too good for him. He should be violently sodomized by the South Park Christmas Critters:

I was thinking more of how could that go on for so long, without anything being done about it.Especially as the **** were living in his back garden.

Hard to detect if they were in his cellar, but in his back garden - thats crazy.

Exactly. That's the craziest part of the whole story.

  • Neighbor is aware of registered sex-offender known as "Creepy Phil" living in their neighborhood
  • Neighbor calls police (911) because sex offender has ******** living in tents in sex-offender's backyard.
  • Deputy visits sex offender's house, speaks with him only in the front yard...doesn't ask if the ******** living in the backyard are his...doesn't request to look at the ***** compound.... decides nothing is amiss
What the hell did he ask him? If the officer didn't ask him about the suspicious behavior (the sole purpose of the 911 call), what the hell did they talk about? The weather?

Garrido: "Who me officer? oh, I'm just your regular old sex-offender throwing a kiddie Woodstock in my backyard. Nothing out of the ordinary. You can trust me."
Officer: "Sounds like everything is peachy then. Sorry to bother you Mr. Sex-Offender."
Garrido: "Please, please call me Creepy Phil"
Officer: "Bye bye now Creepy Phil"

oh...that's not all ...

At the time, Garrido was a registered sex offender on federal parole for **** and ********** convictions

This requires a parole agent to visit Garrido at his home periodically.
The parole agent did not suspect a thing. What???

"The way the house is set up, the way the backyard is set up, you could walk through the backyard, walk through the house, and never know" says Fred "Sherlock Holmes" Kollar - El Dorado County Undersheriff

Yet, somehow all the neighbors knew about the ******** in the back yard... :dunno:
(but most assumed the police were keeping tabs on him)

Antioch police statement ... "we should have turned over a couple more stones"
Ya think?

Stones? This isn't about turning over anything! It was all in plain sight!

Since the police couldn't find what is right under their noses, it fell to the neighborhood citizens to do something. Fat lot of good that did.

911 tax dollars at work.
A job well done by the boys in blue.

One could only imagine what would happen if the ********* ******** weren't in plain sight mere inches away from a parole officer (with neighbors trying to help out ta boot).

You can be sure they would have to free themselves.

Like this boy chained to a fireplace only 30 miles away in Tracy, California.

^ You're absolutely right ! This is not a violent man !

A cold callous calculating kidnappin' ****, MAYBE :dunno:......who was released from prison prematurely to begin with.... :hammer:

If found guilty I think the proper punishment would be LWOP(Life without parole). I say without parole because he's already proven to take advantage of the parole system.

Also how do u figure he was released prematurely? He was in prison for 10-11 years before being paroled. He was given a second chance and decided to be the bad apple.

10-11 years is a long time to be in prison and for you or anyone to wanna immediately put sex offenders away forever is inane and ignorant. Not every SO is sadistic and not every SO actually committed the crime they were charged with. There are many SOs and prisoners for other crimes that have rehabilitated, but there are also those that do not.

Beginning in 1978, Garrido served about 10 years of a 50-year federal sentence for **********, and less than a year for a concurrent Nevada sentence of five years to life for sexual assault of a 25-year old woman in South Lake Tahoe.[4] He was paroled in 1988 after serving less than a year at the Northern Nevada Correctional Center, following his imprisonment at the federal penitentiary at Leavenworth for **********. In 1998, his lifetime parole supervision was transferred to California where he lived in Antioch at his ******'s home and registered as a sex offender.
source :wik "garrido"

Releasing "Creepy Phil", as he was known in his neighborhood, 40 years prematurely is ignorance and that's not counting the lenient sexual assault charges from an unrelated incident. How many "chances" do you want to give these sexual predators?
Do you have a friend or relative locked up for similar crimes ?

Well, today they found a bone fragment in the neighbor's house, which he used to be the caretaker of before the neighbor moved in. At this point, Antioch PD, Pittsburg (the next city over, where police have a couple unsolved ******* from the 90's)PD, and the Contra Costa Sheriff are making him a suspect for all their unsolved ****** cases for the past 10 years.

Wife of Phillip Garrido largely a mystery
Police allege Nancy Garrido was a full partner in the ********** and **** of Jaycee Lee Dugard, while acquaintances describe her as being under her husband's control.

Police Seek Garrido Link To Michaela Garecht Case

Hayward police are looking into whether Phillip Garrido, who was arrested last week along with his wife for allegedly ********** Jaycee Dugard in 1991, could have also snatched 9-year-old Michaela Garecht in 1988, Lt. Chris Orrey said Wednesday.

Hayward police, working with the FBI, have investigated well over 13,000 leads in Garecht's case, Orrey said, but there are some striking similarities between these two cases.

Dugard, a blond-haired, blue-eyed 11-year-old, was walking from her South Lake Tahoe home to the school bus stop on the morning of June 10, 1991 when a man and woman in a car pulled up to her. The woman, believed to be Nancy Garrido, now 55, pulled her inside the vehicle and the man drove away.

Three years earlier, on Nov. 19, 1988, Garecht, who also had blond hair and blue eyes, rode her scooter with a friend to the Rainbow Market on Mission Boulevard in Hayward.

When the two girls came out of the store, they noticed that Garecht's scooter had been moved. When she went to retrieve it, a man grabbed her and pulled her into a car.

In both cases, strangers ******** the girls in broad daylight, Orrey said.

The two victims were also very similar in appearance and the general description of the ********* and the car used in the two kidnappings were also similar, Orrey said.

Investigators believe Garrido, now 58, was out on parole and living in the Bay Area when Garecht was taken, Orrey said.
