Releasing "Creepy Phil", as he was known in his neighborhood, 40 years prematurely is ignorance and that's not counting the lenient sexual assault charges from an unrelated incident. How many "chances" do you want to give these sexual predators?
Do you have a friend or relative locked up for similar crimes ?
