Well, she's technically correct. Separation is implied in the Constitution, and the government is prohibited from implementing a state religion. However, the phrase "separation of church and state" does not actually exist anywhere in the Constitution.

This is a really good point. Almost everyone in the country has heard the phrase, "separation of church and state," and so everyone assumes that phrase is in the Constitution somewhere.
Read, people!
What the fuck is wrong with theses literalists. They are a danger to humanity. Okay let me ask where in the constitution are the words ‘you can read and interpret this as you wish personally”? Where are the words ‘innocent until proven guilt” or “you have the right to have kids”? These same people who reject interpreting the text beyond its literal, specific language are also often the ones who resist interpreting the Bible beyond its literal language. Literalism has worked so well on reading the Bible that there are only 38,000 different denominations of Christianity. We can not have everybody saying what the constitution really means and have a workable society. There must be a final authority which is the precedents of the Supreme Court.
This stuff against evolution is bull shit. By slamming evolution they are saying that Geology, Genetics, and a host of other established sciences are false. It’s not a matter of free speech or letting people decide for themselves. It’s not open to debate because science is not a democracy. These people want to discard any material causes and explain everything with supernatural causes. They should be sent back to the Dark Agea so that they can be with like minded people
