If you had to move from your home country, where would you go ?

realistically it would be canada because of the short move, i could be there in a weekend if need be.

tough one. very tough one. especially considering the fact that i want out.

off the top of my head, canada is my most realistic goal. if i didnt have to fly, maybe sweden or someplace like that would be cool.

and if it was even possible, Japan. ohhh man Japan.. food, culture, and bitches. yum.

Since I have a brother on dialysis, my family needs to go to a country where they have good health care, but since America has the best yet the most expensive care, I'm staying put.

Hard to pin this down. I don't think I could pick just one. I'd want to spend some time in The Bahamas every year - if you haven't been there, treat yourself. Laid back, amazing food, so many great places to snorkel, dive, fish, or just sit on the beach.

Then I'd want to spend part of the year in Canada, simply because I think it is about the best place in the world to live.

Also, part of the year in Japan for the food, odd culture, and amazing hiking.

Also, U.S.A.. I have seen the greatest variety of landscapes while hiking in this country. More so than any other place in the world.

I have to pick just one? Dammit.

Okay, if I had to pick one country to live in, it would be Canada.

Well... I´ve already left my native country of Sweden and moved to Holland.

Why?

That thing called love.

If I had a choice in the matter though I would probably go to the north of Norway, or the UK.

1st choice would be Venezuela, mostly because my favorite, most beautiful girl in the world lives there.

2nd choice would be Germany.

Either Canada, France(after I've learned the language) or Japan. Maybe America.

Norway.

Since I'm fluent in English and Spanish, I'd have a lot of choices. Too bad I'm not too fond of most of those choices, plus, just because I'm fluent in English doesn't mean I'd be able to understand the English English....or the England English. Plus, even though the señoritas are very alluring, I wouldn't feel safe anywhere south of the Texas border, except for maybe Chile, far away from the chaos in Central America and drug producing countries like Colombia and Peru. But if I could get myself a good paying job there, I'd definetly choose Japan, very high tech and with lots of beautiful ladies, especially around Tokyo. Yup, Japan would be my choice. Switzerland would be another close choice.

Congrats. You just pegged yourself as an American.

Didn't you know Amsterdam is actually the capitol of Denmark?

There is a lot of places in the U.S that I'd like to live, but if I'm forced move I'd take the opportunity to go somewhere different. New Zealand, Japan or I'd bounce around in Europe.

If I can use the logic that Texas is a "whole other country", I'd just move to another state. I don't know which one. Oregon or Washington state, maybe. That seems too trendy, though, since Twilight was set in that part of the country. Definitely not Colorado. Probably somewhere between Little Rock and Hot Springs.
