Show me where you can find a 2005 STI (or even a 2005 WRX) for 10 grand, please.

Notice I wrote possibly. It wouldn't be like the one in the pic. You'll need some luck, but it is possible. 2005 STI Prices at the moment are $15K+

With cash in hand you can knock those down a couple of grand. If you're patient there's a chance, you'll find someone who's lost their job or whatever that needs their car sold quick, that would take $10K cash for one in a private sale.

The 2005 WRX was $25-$30K new, You'll bag one for $10K now.

I would look at getting a few 1993 dodge Grand caravans that were not in bad shape. Keep 2 on the road and have provably one for parts. Sadly I miss the one I got rid of to upgrade to a newer minivan as I've had nothing but problems with it since
