Why? This is evidence enough that he shouldn't be held accountable. This is what happens when you don't look both ways before you dance in the street.
If anyone should face criminal charges it should be his buddy for casually walking off after the truck plastered his chunky friend all over the asphalt.

I initially thought, 'Damn this stupid punk needs to die' ... then I felt guilty.
But really, of what use can a creature as thick as someone daning into flowing traffic be? Will Mother Earth feel a loss? I think he would not be leaving any gap in earth history... except as a guidance for children to coem as of what NOT to do. If they are stupid enough to need that guidance.

I wouldn't be too concerned about criminal charges. I don't think the video is real. It looks like they used a green screen.
That nice white glow around him as he's dancing in to the street, and it just doesn't look right where is feet are on the street as he's moving out. Before he gets hit, he's right in front of the ice cream truck. When he gets hit, he is along side of it. He falls away and along side of it. The Epic remix video on one the post above makes it really stand out. If he was right in front of it, I would guess he would be more likely to go up or under, instead of along side. So, I don't think the video is real.
I do think that it was funny as fuck and my hats off the the people who made it.
I liked the, "Oh, shit," part at the end, myself.

I was thinking about that as well, but I'm pretty sure the shadows would still stay, as long as the lighting was right.
I could be wrong, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a fake. Like I said before, still a great video.
