All my usual methods to identify this have failed. Trying an image search results in several hundred tumblr posts with thousands of comments and relinks under each of them, but not a single source. There were also some single other pages, but they were just reposts.
Perhaps someone will know who the girl is and/or what is the scene from, maybe?
