ID these 4

I did a thorough search and found the Egyptian one on Deviant art by right clicking on the image and doing a google image search. The photo was captioned The lair of secret hecate another has it stating Nefertiti reborn it is a nice painted on body art but cannot find the models name or any other similar photos.
 
#2 in post #2 (you shoud really number then in sequence, not restart in every post!) is an amateur home clip, so don't expect anything more, and definitely not a name.
