Don't know the girl but that's clearly not Nacho, it's some Asian dude. As someone said earlier, it's probably an amateur video so unless they did more you'll probably never know who she is.
I don't have any confirmation but I just found a reddit post for a woman named Alejandra Guilmant who looks like this woman to me.
