Anyway, that's an acronym for "I-Want-My-Girl-Friend-Like-This" and it is from a tumblr blog. I would suggest that you also try putting that image into Yandex and/or Tineye and see what comes up. If that tumblr blog is restricted., as "sensitive content" or has been shutdown because of adult content not being allowed to be hosted anymore (since November 2019) on the tumblr platform -- you can further look for # iwmgflt and see what come up on the internet.

Well obviously I've done that already or I wouldn't be here.
