Her name is Katerina Graham and I have them in the Series "Vampire Diaries" seen!
It has a fairly strong Resemblance to her!
She is an Actress, Singer, Dancer and Model.
There will be retouched Images on a lot or it may be that she wears Contact Lenses, I would say that it is!
In the Series, she has dark brown Eyes. Have seen Pictures on the Net already with her where she had a slight green Tone in the Eye.
