Anyway, I know the guy is Tony Eveready, no clue who the woman is or what movie it comes from. Can anyone help?

A lot of Dogfart / BoB scenes come from movies. You could go through Premium Link Upgrade . There is 800+ but you can narrow it down by year (early 00's?). Also a lot of his titles are Black-something-or-other implying only black girls, so you can eliminate those too.
