Girl or scene? The girls from Collegues Rules often are difficult to identify, but even more with a picture like this. Does anyone recognize her?

Dude, you sure that is a college rules pic? If so which episode. The reason I am asking is that college rules never show uni-clothing/logos and that girl in the background clearly has an Arizona State shirt.
