This is a total guess: Lori Michaels
I always noted a close resemblance to Lori also, and often wondered if she modelled as "Destiny" when she was just starting out in her career. However, I once compared some other pics I had of "Destiny" to Lori and noted some ***** differences. So am pretty sure it's someone less well known.
Many thanks annod, it's certainly a great start and confirms that she modelled as Destiny in Hustler.
Now we just need to find out if this was a one-off or whether there were other photoshoots she did, also her modelling surname (if any) or any aliases... anyone?

Not sure... will have to check out what year Jewels Jade was first active (photoshoot was from 1995).
