I really don't go for most IBM commercials, not even the Linux ones (don't get me started).
But IBM's more recent Premium Link Upgrade one just had me smiling, and I still smile every time I see it.
Note: I can't seem to find it on YouTube, anyone?
Just reminds me of the masses of IT noobs that hit during the .COM boom, who were doing nothing keeping themselves busy.
I still run into those types, but extremely infrequently now days, and they don't last long.
I think the word "Innovation" stopped being valuable the second Microsoft used it to claim the 3rd best product they bought and ****** down their distribution channel was what it was.
I not only tune most people out who use the word in the IT industry, but most of them are inspiring Premium Link Upgrade with me (of which even IBM also offers Premium Link Upgrade ).
They talk the talk, but don't know **** about making anything that is useful and are a waste of a salary or billable rate.
IBM seems to be hitting some really good commercials this year.
