You have to stop looking at if from the eyes of a viewer and realize that to most of them it's become nothing more than another job. Besides all the things you mention you have to realize that between all the shoots they do and escorting they have sex to the point of it being totally mundane to them. It's just like any other job where people get bored with it after a while except porn probably has more that sucks with it than even most normal jobs. Going the extra length of doing what you want would be putting to much effort in it for many of them and they are already a group where the majority are not that dedicated to the end product they put out.
