I should probably lose like 5 kg

I'll bake You Millions of cookies if you come here. :)

What about me? Would you bake ME any cookies if I went there? :shy: :uohs: :iloveyou:

I guess I could try in-home workouts with DVDs and such but then I just kind of feel like a dork.

Try P90X for 2 weeks and tell me it's a dork workout.

so if I fuck more I can still keep my cookies?

I wanted to join a gym but they're €30 a month, minimally, which is a lot. Once it gets warmer I'll be outside more. i asked one of my lady pals if she'd start going to the swimming hall place thing with me since i get in shape really fast when I swim but she hasn't really given me an answer either way.

I also really wanted to do hot yoga but I don't think anywhere in my town offers it.

Invest in a 12 and 16kg kettlebell. It builds strength and endurance crazy quick and you can do it at home. Biggest thing though is learning the technique. It can really hurt if you do a few of the moves wrong...there's one called the clean and I kept doing it wrong and gave myself the most horrid bruises on my biceps.

There's no need to feel like a dork. No one's going to be watching you. Well, unless you accidentally leave your webcam on and your workout gets sent out to your subscribers. :D

But, seriously, IF you watch TV, which I don't know if you do or not, (since a lot of people say they don't watch TV) you could peddle away on a Stationary Bike while watching TV. It wouldn't have to be anything that rivals the Tour de France. Just some pace that you can handle. Just enough of an aerobic activity that'll beat watching TV without any activity.

Working out is great and essential for fat loss and health but you won't see the results you want unless you change your eating habits. More fruits and veggies, lean protein, whole grain carbs ( you can still have some bread and pasta but switch to whole wheat variety) and less processed stuff. Makes a huge difference. Also the kettle bell idea is great, also get some hand weights and there are tons of things you can do at home. Read magazines to get ideas. You can still have your cookies and booze or whatever treats you want but in moderation.

I really don't eat much processed food in general. I do eat frozen pizza but it's nothing like American frozen pizza in the sense that it's not got muych extra stuff in it than what you'd expect. Aside from that and the cookies that also don't have any extra fillers or whatever, I mostly do eat pretty well. It's just sugar that gets me I guess.

The big thing is I want to lose mass from my face/neck but I'm not entirely sure how to do that.

Unfortunately there's no way to spot reduce. But if you lose weight over all then some should come off where you want it to. It's so frustrating though, I wish all of my weight loss would come from my gut but instead it comes from my tits and hips and then a little off of the tummy.

This has worked for me recently. 6 days of the week I limit myself to around 100g of carbs per day (that's not as limiting as it seems). 1 day a week is a carb loading day where I eat whatever - usually pizza or pasta to replenish the glycogen stores then it's back at it. I've lost about 25 lbs in the last 4 or 5 months and more importantly lowered my body fat %. I don't do any cardio (I hate it) but I do moderate weight training. I did have to give up my microbrews which was painful but I found a new love in bourbon :)

You know what sucks about that, though?

Giving up having cookies and milk after dinner.

I mean, i eat pretty well, i just don't get much exercise and I really like cookies.

I was thinking of trying to eat more eggs and more yogurt and less grain but I LOVE BREAD. THIS ISN'T EVEN FAIR.

Why 5kg? Most importantly, how do you feel? I mean, are you healthy and do you have good vital signs? I know that being on cam and modeling forces you to have to pay attention to your appearance, but some of us porn hounds do like the curves. Why do I love Formula One so much? Because I like my racing just like I like my women: lots and lots of curves! :D

I feel fine, but my face looks terrible and my arms are flabby and I think I'd make more money.

There's this guy who went on what he called the Cookie Diet that my ex once told me about because one of his classes was about nutrition or something and his teacher did a lesson on this.

He loved sweets, mostly cookies, but he wanted to lose weight and be healthy. So for his diet, every single morning he'd have a plate of cookies for breakfast. Then the rest of the day, it was NO COOKIES. No sweets. So he went on a diet, sort of, and still got to have his cookies :)

Anyway my best advice is just to exercise. Even if you don't change anything with your current diet, at least getting exercise will help. It can even be simple things, like sit ups, stretching, jumping jacks, running in place, push ups, going for a walk. You don't have to go to a gym or invest in weight lifts of sorts in order to get into shape. Cavemen didn't have gyms or weights. The best (and cheapest) form of exercise is naturally.

Do HIIT. It's what most weight junkies do about 2x a week to keep the heart trained and if you lift heavy (sorry, moderate is pure BS...even I lift heavy and I'm a girl) you don't need much more than 15min of HIIT 2x a week.

But I agree on the low carb...I try staying below 50g myself just because I feel best there. But under 100 is good too and I agree, not as limiting as people think.

Interesting. I had been doing HIT (one set to absolute failure) and had made some really good strength and size gains but it was starting to fuck with my joints so I've gone back to conventional volume training. By moderate, I mean maintaining what I've put on while losing body fat. Even at 100g of carbs a day I don't have the energy to put into a workout like I would normally. I do like the idea of getting my cardio in as I weight weight train. Riding the bike for 30+ min. is sheer boredom to me. I hadn't heard of HIIT, but I'm definitely going to give that a try. Thank you :)
