I need info about Budapest (Hungary)

I'm thinking to go there in a couple of months, so I'm trying to find as much infos as possible.
If you know something about the city, the habits, the clubs, the bars and, why not, the nightclubs, please give me your advices

I was there maybe 10 years ago. I hung around the University near THE bridge ( can't remember any names, sorry). Had a blast there. Beautiful area, nice people. I highly recommend going to Romania if you'll be in Budapest, very near.

All I know is that Budapest used to be two different cities. One was called Buda and the other (you guessed it) was called Pest. This is not a joke, BTW.

I was once told they're still called that, those seperate sides of the city. Kind of like "Where are you going tonight ?" "To Pest.".
It's the bridge that unites them that is named Budapest. I might be wrong.
