You could also do a tag search. In the following I searched the tag 'bbw":

I'm not too sure that will link properly or remain linked, anyhow I also found that by Googling Premium Link Upgrade in which case it was the third link down, in my case.

Another way to use Google to search the board is to use the site directive:

bbw site:board.freeones.com

I rarely use the internal board search. This usually works a hell of a lot better and doesn't have that pesky 20 second timeout between searches. The downside is obviously that you can't limit it to any particular forum section. Usually it doesn't matter since the results you want will most likely be near the top anyway.
