Actually safety is paramount.
If that was true then they should immediately ban all sports or organized recreational business activities that have great potential for harm like professional football, hockey, boxing, MMA, and racecar driving or institute dramatic and heavily increased number of rules and measures to make them safe. (While also destroying their ability to function in the first place without making a mockery of what they were.) They would also have to ban dangerous professions involved in entertainment that have great risk of bodily harm for no other purpose to society other than entertainment, like stuntmen for movies, unless they also had restrictions on the making of movies that would normally require stuntmen to do a lot of dangerous acts and make that impossible. Of course that would be stupid and every body would think it was ridiculous, but if they aren't willing to do that then OSHA is just being both hypocritical and totally arbitrary about truly and fairly caring about safety in the workplace. It would be one of those things people would find stupid if it wasn't a subject that involved a taboo subject like porn. In fact I would reason that compared to all of the other things I listed above porn is probably much safer than them.
