Holidays, Crowds, Youth, Heat, alcohol, Marijuana, Gangs = Combustible Chaos!! and add girls mingling with guys and vice versa, add guns and knives and other accessible weapons too the mix and you have TROUBLE!! and most YOUTH don't like the police so when you have gangs of youth of course there's gonna be altercations with police etc.. none of this surprises me in the least bit.. :2 cents:
