You need to copy and paste the links to the video or picture set.
Hotlinking is a no-no, the pictures usually don't stick if they make it past the mods, and video hot-links are usually ignored, so it's usually better to link to the set. That or upload the pictures to a picture sharing site which doesn't block FreeOnes and copy and paste the link with the proper tags.
All of this is easier to do through the Post Reply until you are used to navigating through FreeOnes functions, which are quite easy once you get the hang of it.
