How to Download Multiple Images From Image Hosting Sites

I am trying to download multiple images at once from an image-hosting website photo gallery. However, I am trying to do it using just text links. For instance, on the following site:
Premium Link Upgrade
they list several image links in each post. Do you have to copy in each URL into your web browser, hopefully find a link to the source thumbnail gallery, and do a mass download somehow? Thanks in advance!

Try coping them into an email, send it to yourself, when you receive the email back they will probably be clickable links.

There are several plugins for Firefox that can do this, DownThemAll for example.

I tried copying them into an e-mail and sending it to myself, but they still appeared as plain text (not as links). (I use Yahoo.) Also, I used DownThemAll, but it only downloads the re-sized (to the smaller size) photos, not the original, larger photos themselves. Any suggestions?
