Just a thought, but couldn't he in theory be lying? I don't know why, but I didn't think you could ban someone just by saying they're 16.

Hypothetically, if i was 18, and i said i bought vodka, could i be banned? don't get me wrong, i wish i was 18, but...

I dunno why someone would lie about being underage at a place that you have to be of age to be a member but I suppose it's possible.
Freeones couldn't ban you for saying that you bought vodka when you were underaged because it was the responsibility of the clerk where you bought the vodka to card you just like it's the responsibility of Freeones to make sure there aren't any minors on his site.
