How Mexico Treats ******* Aliens

I suppose I'll hear crickets from the nitwits who so willingly want America to get butt-rammed by a flood of third-world burdens. But this IS a topic of common sense; and this is, further, a definative that America is a racist country and Mexico is exempt from scrutiny. This is to all you fucknuts who want to sell America's sovereignty...:thefinger

Mexican President Felipe Calderon has accused Arizona of opening the door "to intolerance, ****, discrimination and ***** in ***************." But Arizona has nothing on Mexico when it comes to cracking down on ******* aliens. While open-borders activists decry new enforcement measures signed into law in "****-zona" last week, they remain deaf, dumb or willfully blind to the unapologetically restrictionist policies of our neighbors to the south.

The Arizona law bans sanctuary cities that refuse to enforce immigration laws, stiffens penalties against ******* ***** day laborers and their employers, makes it a misdemeanor for immigrants to fail to complete and carry an ***** registration document, and allows the police to arrest immigrants unable to show documents proving they are in the U.S. legally. If those rules constitute the racist, fascist, xenophobic, inhumane regime that the National Council of La Raza, Al Sharpton, Catholic bishops and their grievance-mongering followers claim, then what about these regulations and restrictions imposed on foreigners?

-- The Mexican government will bar foreigners if they upset "the equilibrium of the national demographics." How's that for racial and ethnic profiling?

-- If outsiders do not enhance the country's "economic or national interests" or are "not found to be physically or mentally healthy," they are not welcome. Neither are those who show "contempt against national sovereignty or security." They must not be economic burdens on society and must have clean criminal histories. Those seeking to obtain Mexican citizenship must show a birth certificate, provide a bank statement proving economic independence, pass an exam and prove they can provide their own health care.

-- ******* entry into the country is equivalent to a felony punishable by two years' imprisonment. Document fraud is subject to fine and imprisonment; so is ***** marriage fraud. Evading deportation is a serious crime; ******* re-entry after deportation is punishable by ten years' imprisonment. Foreigners may be kicked out of the country without due process and the endless bites at the litigation apple that ******* aliens are afforded in our country (see, for example, President Obama's ******* ***** aunt -- a fugitive from deportation for eight years who is awaiting a second decision on her previously rejected asylum claim).

-- *************** officials at all levels -- by national mandate -- must cooperate to enforce immigration laws, including ******* ***** arrests and deportations. The Mexican military is also required to assist in immigration enforcement operations. Native-born Mexicans are empowered to make citizens' arrests of ******* aliens and turn them in to authorities.

-- Ready to show your papers? Mexico's National Catalog of Foreigners tracks all outside tourists and foreign nationals. A National Population Registry tracks and verifies the identity of every member of the population, who must carry a citizens' identity card. Visitors who do not possess proper documents and identification are subject to arrest as ******* aliens.

All of these provisions are enshrined in Mexico's Ley General de Población (General Law of the Population) and were spotlighted in a 2006 research paper published by the Washington, D.C.-based Center for Security Policy. There's been no public clamor for "comprehensive immigration reform" in Mexico, however, because pro-******* ***** speech by outsiders is prohibited.

and...

Consider: Open-borders protesters marched freely at the Capitol building in Arizona, comparing GOP Gov. Jan Brewer to Hitler, waving Mexican flags, advocating that demonstrators "Smash the State," and holding signs that proclaimed "No human is *******" and "We have rights."

But under the Mexican constitution, such political speech by foreigners is ******. Noncitizens cannot "in any way participate in the political affairs of the country." In fact, a plethora of Mexican statutes enacted by its congress limit the participation of foreign nationals and companies in everything from investment, education, mining and civil aviation to electric energy and firearms. Foreigners have severely limited private property and employment rights (if any).

As for *****, the Mexican government is notorious for its ***** of Central American ******* aliens who attempt to ******* Mexico's southern border. The Red Cross has protested rampant Mexican police corruption, intimidation and bribery schemes targeting ******* aliens there for years. Mexico didn't respond by granting mass amnesty to ******* aliens, as it is demanding that we do. It clamped down on its borders even further. In late 2008, the Mexican government launched an aggressive deportation plan to curtain ******* Cuban immigration and human trafficking through Cancun.

Meanwhile, Mexican consular offices in the United States have coordinated with left-wing social justice groups and the Catholic Church leadership to demand a moratorium on all deportations and a freeze on all employment raids across America.

Mexico is doing the job Arizona is now doing -- a job the U.S. government has failed miserably to do: putting its people first. Here's the proper rejoinder to all the hysterical demagogues in Mexico (and their sympathizers here on American soil) now calling for boycotts and invoking Jim Crow laws, apartheid and the Holocaust because Arizona has taken its sovereignty into its own hands:

Hipócritas.

There's ******* immigrants in Mexico now? ****.

Really? It gets worse than the **** going down in Reynosa?

It's hard to imagine anything could be worse than the scorched earth that is Mexico. Here's a theory: maybe the crooks that represent that rat infested nest that is Mexico don't want competition for the export of their undesirables? Imagine having to deal with the hordes south of them. No, if the Mexican gov't does anything it will make sure MEXICO's undesirables are leaving for the States. Thank you and fuck you Mexico. :D:o

i once was an ******* ***** in canada, same rules apply up there just about...

The difference between us and Mexico, though, is that we do it to keep the quality of life of our citizens worthy of a first-world nation. Mexico probably does it cause they're really prissy when they miss their siestas. :dunno:

No reasonable person wants America wantonly raided. Reasonable people who care about such things don't want the rights of Americans trampled by clumsy, wedge-politicking legislative acts in an effort address no so simple problems.

1.) If you run a state where you perceive a problem in securing your international border..you can train and deploy your state police to perform interdiction at porous areas of your borders. They'll likely **** it because it isn't as exciting as writing someone a ticket for going 5 mi. over the speed limit but hey..they can quit and let someone who wants a job do it.:dunno:

2.) Make tough, state laws that punish businesses which hire them and work with the feds to enforce them.

3.) Enhance laws with a sentence multipliers for crimes committed by persons here illegally. Make them subject to more severe sentence guidelines..have them do the ALL of their time...then deport them.

I don't know of any significant studies done on the ******* working in environments conducive to their doing everything in the name of avoiding any sense of duty to Uncle Sam. I can say, however, that I have buds who are foremans and they know of many illegals who get cash; I don't either know of how you could crack down on these ******* hirings with all the small bizzes that are also a part of it.

It's most upseting when a friend of mine was undercut (lost his roofing bizz) because competitors were hiring the rat hordes from the third world. Yeah, I've seen it up close. I am not in a gated community sipping fucking pina coladas with Humberto roofing my house.

I am increasingly irked by the do gooders who are the new class of progressives I come accross at school. It's only fitting that when I point out to them that it's not small business that really wants the cheap hords, it's the rich cock knockers (legislators definitely included in that) that they have many times rethunk such dubiously misguided predjudice against their American brothers.

All entities who do business are licensed to do so. If they hire people off the books and pay them under the table...the are committing tax violations as well.

But that said, how difficult would it be to make sure their records match the people they have working for them?

Business being licensed don't enjoy the same rights as individuals do in ignoring the requests of enforcement agencies.:2 cents:

I knew some guatamalans in the states.
they told me how dangerous it was for a non mexican latino to be in mexico without papers.
you can be jailed or simply shot dead, by the authorities .
beaten, shot, *****, ****** and buried in the desert.........this is not uncommon.
imagine if youre from south of mexico with your wife or maybe **** trying to reach the states?
that must be some stress knowing what could very possibly happen.

and i disagree with your 3rd point mega. a crime is a crime and there should be no consideration of the person who committed its race when applying punishment.
No?

That is the main reason there is such a problem - employers hiring illegals.
If there was no work, it would not be near the problem it is.

This is pretty telling stuff in my OP. Actually, it's VERY telling. And the audacity of those pesky Mexican officials downtalking to us. Hmmm, how dare they. Never will a penny of my money ever be spent in that bin of disgust.

Although, I have to admit, the Mexican president and his wife are very clearly WHITE. They are OBVIOUSLY European Spanish mix. This is a prevelant theme in other South American countries as well: the rulling class in quite a few cases from what I understand are Europeans.

Well i could speak for Colombia and say that the money areas are usually lighter skinned.
More pure spanish descent, little or no intermixing with indigeonous or blacks throughout generations.
Thats usually the parents decision.
but thats another thing.

If it involves North America in any way, shape, or form it's bad and disastrous. If it involves any other country it is ok. Because the other countries are not North America.

Fuck you, North America. Fuck you.

Wow....who knew??? You mean Mexicans and other nationals south of our border can be Caucasians too??? Noooo:confused::confused::rolleyes:
