How long should we wait to get an answer?

If we email the webmaster or any other freeones team member or mod, how long should we wait to get an answer back?

When you email the webmaster mail then we try to answer within 2 days unless it's the weekends, then it can take longer.
When you contact one of the mods it can be different for each mod, they are volunteers and not always online every day.
It also depends on how messages they have in their inbox.

I emailed the webmaster back on Wednesday, nothing. I emailed Adam on Thursday, nothing. I PM'd Petra on Saturday, still nothing. Strange.
