It's pretty impossible if there isn't name or website's name to go by.
Fortunately many times there is somekind of clue of the website, or at least some name. (many girls seems to have dozens of aliases, who knows why..)
In that case just use some search engines like Premium Link Upgrade , Premium Link Upgrade , or my personal favorite Premium Link Upgrade . They often gives pretty good results.

Sometimes I've had luck peeking at the image's EXIF data. I'm not an expert on it, but the EXIF data is like a hidden signature that contains info about the camera settings, date, photgrapher, studio, copyright, etc...
I had a photo I was trying to ID, general "Image Properties" gave me nothing helpful. I opened it in Photoshop and used File Info --> EXIF and it gave me all I needed to track it down and ID the babe. Unfortunately it often doesn't work because EXIF data may be stripped if the image is reformatted. But it's worth a shot. I'm sure there are plenty of apps for viewing EXIF data besides PS.

I dont remember if it's one of the mods I've applied to my win XP install or no, but when I right click--> then goto properties on an image while it's in whatever folder..(just windows, not any other app), the summary/advanced tab and option gimme plenty of info, a few diff. types of previews and more... without going into photoshop.

You're right, it's possible to get the EXIF data (assuming it exists) with Win XP or Mac OS 10.4 and later. Although, in the former case, certain actions can apparently damage/delete the data.
