She was paid the same as other porn girls and in many cases just as much. Unfortunately a lot of the black themed videos are not as popular, therefore don't sell as well and don't have the larger budgets that "white" themed videos have. You have every choice who you work with, but when you refuse to shoot with someone based purely on their skin color you are a fucking racist, plain and simple. If you hide behind the bullshit "I'm just not attracted to black people" then you better make sure you aren't shooting with Ron Jeremy or fucking fans or escorting or living / working at the bunny ranch.
