As far as I know, you can't do that here. But you can do a more complicated and time-consuming facsimile by hand, if you are so inclined, using the BB codes and just make sure you include the specific post URL as a link.

I haven't had the need or want to do it here, but if I were to, I'd just screen cap and crop the post...then put it on a hosting site.
