well done, i dont like any blood or anything, disgusting.

Not to split hairs, but the juice that runs out of a rare steak is not blood. It's OK with me if it still turns you off, but it ain't blood. Blood is thick and congeals upon standing and has a distinct iron taste to it so.....you get the point. It's a mental thing I guess.

I like my steak in my mouth then in my belly after I chew it. ;) (well done)

Get in my belly! :yummie:

eating charcoal isn't healthy.............medium for me!

Who eats the charcoal?

Cooking with charcoal is fine. :hatsoff:

I always order Medium and am happy with anything between Medium Rare and Medium. Medium Well and Well Done are gross. No flavor. I need steak sauce just to chew it...

The best steak I've had in the past couple months has been at Outback Steakhouse :hatsoff: I was extremely pleased with the quality of the meat and the cooking. It surprised me how well it was and the value was great too.

What the use in selecting a good cut of beef if you then cook the flavor out?

Rare.

I would add that if you're going to eat "well done" beef.....you shouldn't waste your money on a good cut...get tri tip or something. But you are most certainly wasting your money on a Filet, Prime or Porterhouse, etc. if you "well done" them IMO.

Yeah, but if you're going to sauce up and cook up your "steak"....then any other less expensive cut will do....save your money IMO.

How I prepare and eat my choice cuts start with pre seasoning it with a little fresh pepper, a little sea salt...cover it and let it get to about room temp then put it on high heat for 2 mins per side. Let it stand for a couple of mins. then chow...no sauce or anything else needed.:2 cents:

Thick and rich Hunt's Original barbecue sauce.
No amount of pre seasoning can give you the flavor of that sauce.:2 cents:
