How do some older women still stay hot?

I put up a thread about female performers who are getting older in age, but still have great bodies.

How is it that some women are able to stay hot when they get older, but some fade over time?

For this question, Vicky Vette fits the topic- She is over 40, yet looks like someone much younger.
