How do i post just a picture?

Good Afternoon,
I Have tried to post links to a certain video all kinds of ways but they are not accepted here.. I have read quite a few post but my dumbass can't seem to figure out how to just post a Pic off my galaxy phone to find out who this lady is... Yall people are awesome and I know there's prolly a real easy way to do this so I appreciate it!!!

I think you're a noobie / have minimal posts / Reputation? You need to .. "earn" the right to post pictures.

There is an anti-spammer policy here. Your first few posts are reviewed by the moderation team. They will approve your posts. Once that occurs, then as PF99 says there is a second and third requirement that you need to exceed a certain number of posts and reputation before you can put up pictures (preferably through an image hosting service i.e. Pimp&Host, Imagebam, etc.) and of course links to videos.

And scroll down a couple of posts more for an example of how to do it. A list of recommended image hosts will be published at some point in the future. This was done in the past but it needs an update cos what was good years ago isn't necessarily good nowadays and in some cases, no longer work/exist.
