How do I add album?

I'm told the album is empty and when I choose 'Edit' the only option I get is delete.

What do you mean exactly with album?
A gallery or are you trying to add a folder for bookmarks?

I mean the profile album on the member's homepage.

go to your profile click on show album .
right under the pic of your album will be add album

If you want to upload an album... I belive The album must be approved before hand...

What is an album anyway? I know what & where you guys are talking about, but not the actual album. What is its purpose?
