How can i host a video on the internet so nobody has to get it of Ka zza ?

I guess that it depends on who you want to access the file. If we're talking just a few known people to you, setting up a FTP-server would be the best alternative.
If you have a file you want spread as much as possible, I suggest doing it as a *******-file.
