How can I edit a post that i have created?

I want to delete a picture from a post I have created but there seems to be no option to do so, can any one give me any advice on how I can go about editing said post?

Hello, You can only edit your posts if you do it within 10 minutes after you made the post.
After 10 minutes it is no longer possible to edit your post.
If you feel like a post really needs to be edited you can contact a moderator.
