There are other ways to obtain the movie. A quick search for silvercash 2006 should find it right away.
Anyway, so the video has blaring music which makes it difficult to understand the announcer. He says she's a local from Fort Lauderdale, and her name is either Anne Marie or Anna Marie. I can clearly hear "Marie" but not sure what he says right before it, and he says it twice.
