Six-time defending champion Takeru Kobayashi, still unable to open his mouth wide enough for a typical teeth cleaning, joined favorite Joey Chestnut at a Tuesday weigh-in before their Fourth of July hot-dog-eating showdown in Coney Island.

I saw some documentary about Kobayaski. He's really serious about this and trains all year long. He has an unusual defect or arrangement of his stomach which allows him to eat so much. He's also pretty ripped.

I don't really care about this other guy and hope he loses just because he talks trash. I can't stand "athletes" trash talking.

I saw the same program. I think his stomach is sits lower than normal, therefore giving it a lot more room to expand, thus making him able to eat a lot more before he gets full.

Yes, he is ripped, and look like he weighs less than 160 pounds

Fast food, McDicks to be exact

Many fast food joints are not using all that grease and fat to cook there foods anymore. esspecially KFC. But the fast is what makes it taste so scrumptious

I know this is probably just the cynic in me, but did anybody else think it was strange that Kobayashi just happened to coincidently have a jaw injury right after Chestnut broke his record a short time back and it became obvious that he was going to have his first major competitor and reasonable chance of loosing in years?
